Good fast food restaurant. But to mutch chose on the menu to have fresh aliment . Nice personel. Nice to much decorative interior. Funny place to go when you come from Europe (prepare your stomach)

The service is excellent...

Meh. Everything we ordered that day was predominantly fries and the grease was old so the food didn't have that fresh crispy tatse that entices you to eat more. And the server spilt hot coffee on me. I've had more enjoyable dining experiences. The food is mediocre at best.

Little slow, but the food is almost always good. Drinks are real good.

Great meal with great friendly service!!! What a way to end a long day of travel.

There was an arguement between staff with a manager and server. She DID NOT pull her aside but instead told her off in front of the entire restaurant. Food was good, and my server was delightful.

Portions might be a bit small but very good quality. I'm not a big fan of heated plates and all of our plates came out hot. Service was excellent. Menu choice was very diverse. All four of us enjoyed the ordered meals. Plus was given a 10% CAA discount. Yes will visit again.

Birthday lunch. Good was awesome and the service magnificent.Had three Spicy Thai jumbo shrimp stir fry. Delicious. Just thinking about it I'm ready for another plate.The piece of Oreo Cheese Cake for my birthday dessert was wonderful to.

Food not bad, you can't drink at the bar unless you buy food. Unusual payment issue, only one cash out and there is usually a line.Overall I only would go here when there are no other restaurants. It is a great place for children and trays where their focus is.

This restaurant is a classic food chain with a classic menu. The food was not that great and all quick prepared plates. Go for something easy, like a burger and fries.Not much in Gander but this is not worth the stop.

Standard pub food with good desserts. The place tends to fill up fast after 5:00 so come early.

Usually come here with friends. Place has great service and great food, personally very fond of their ribs (second best in town, next to Swiss Chalet imo) and their steak. Only complaints really are the long wait and the prices, that and if you have a steak, you get charged extra for onions. Whereas at Lily's Landing, their steak comes with onions anyway. Overall though, great food and service.

Service was fast. Staff friendly. Menu is large and had something for everyone. Visiting from ontario and see this restaurant all over Newfoundland so we had to try it! Not bad. Only thing is all the food is very salty. But still yummy! Had a chicken burger- chicken was nicely breaded and thick.

It's alright I asked for a wrap but they gvae me a sandwich. I was hungry and it was food tho so p good.

I have went there multiple times and my experience truly depends on which waiter I have. There are been a couple of outstanding waiter's. And then there have been a couple terrible experiences. Nothing is worse then going when it's not all that busy and only seeing your waitress twice. She didnt check back with us to see if the food was ok. We waited 20 mins after we were done our meal and finally just went to the counter to get our bill and had to wait there as well. Most recently we went on mother's day and although it was packed and bills were lined up at the kitchen the service we got made the time waiting feel like nothing at all!

The prices are very reasonable (especially compared to Alberta prices) the steak and scallops were fantastic... I will eat there again.

Had great meals there several times. Being connected to the Comfort Inn you could visit Jungle Jim's without going outside. Great in the winter time.

The food was pretty good, it came out within an okay time frame but not exceptional. The cheese on my sandwich was a little rubbery but there was a lot of chicken on it. It would probably taste a lot better with some sauce on it as well. The dessert I had, while incredibly delicious had large plastic bits in it and all they did was ask me if I was sure it was plastic even though I had it right on the side of the plate for her to see. It wasn't something that was edible and regardless of if it was actually plastic or something else it should not have been in there. They brought me a new one and didn't even bother asking if I wanted it taken off the bill.

But no it is notThey say it is$13.99Look at the advertisement. It never says the original price Flip it over and it shows beer discount pricesThe staff said read the menu. I read the menu I was given. Called and emailed head office never heard back. Jungle Jim's you dropped the ball

Great food; service is usually good; good bang for buck; very kid friendly.

Sadly, the worst service I've had at any Jungle Jim's location. Food was good though, aside from the very old and still partly frozen cheesecake they served for dessert.

Always friendly service and delicious food. Easily our favorite restaurant in all of Gander.

Jenny was our server and gave us awesome recommendations towards our meals. Food was awesome drink was great and it was all well priced. Plus it wasnt busy when we went in. Will be back

Service was pretty good, but food was just ok, a bit lacking. But decent for the price.

We ordered sirloin steak and fish and chips. They are really good! The lady who served us was super nice!
